About Sports+

Sport+, funded through Comic Relief Supporters Club, is employability and leadership development work based learning initiative using Sports Leaders UK level 1 & 2 as a vehicle to attract participants and drive forward the learning environment. Further exploration of work place and employment practices using the ADSAN employability award alongside work experience opportunities and mentoring gives the programme its full scope.

Currently in its pilot phase, 1 Sept 2015 – 31 July 2017 the programme is being delivered by two delivery partners Safe in Tees Valley & Carlisle Youth Zone.
